We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland.

 

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat shipping rate of CHF 5.90 per order.
Orders over CHF 100 qualify for free shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
All parcels are shipped via Swiss Post or an equivalent courier.

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be your responsibility.
