Refund policy

 

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order, at your own expense, provided the products are unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us in advance via email at chimichurri.milano@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Unpaid or insufficiently stamped packages will not be accepted.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
